As a Suite Supervisor at Legends, the individual plays a pivotal role in supporting all food and beverage operations within the organization. This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented leader to oversee staffing, scheduling, and training, as well as directly managing staff while maintaining high standards of customer interaction. Central to the position is the responsibility of inventory control in a high-volume environment, ensuring quality and compliance in food and beverage service. The Suite Supervisor must develop and enforce rigorous standards for service, sanitation, food quality, and cash handling. This role involves training staff on responsible alcohol service and corporate policies, conducting physical audits of stock, managing reconciliations, and promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and excellent guest experiences in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality settings. The Suite Supervisor must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and must be adept at problem-solving in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be proactive, personable, and able to multitask effectively under pressure. With the ability to adapt quickly to change and uphold company standards in hygiene and professionalism, the Suite Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of food and beverage services.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience working with a POS system
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff
- Directly managing staff while having direct interaction with customers
- Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
- Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures
- Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Conduct physical audit of inventory and product
- Research and perform reconciliations
