The Suites Supervisor role at Legends Global is a critical leadership position focused on overseeing the daily operations of premium suite services at one of the top entertainment venues. Based at the Cowboys Club at AT&T Stadium, the Suites Supervisor ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction by managing and training suite staff, maintaining food and beverage inventory control, and enforcing health, safety, and cash-handling procedures. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can foster a positive, team-oriented environment while ensuring operational efficiency and top-notch service quality. The Suites Supervisor directly engages with guests to guarantee a premium, memorable experience, serving as a key ambassador of Legends Global's commitment to excellence. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Knowledge of state and city health requirements for food handling and alcohol service
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Physical ability to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and move items up and down stairs/ramps
Willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of suite staff
Supervise daily suite operations while engaging directly with guests to ensure a premium experience
Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory
Train and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with corporate and legal standards
Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and food quality
Ensure all cash-handling and inventory procedures are properly documented and enforced
Collaborate with co-workers to uphold company service standards, inventory management, and cash control procedures
Conduct audits of inventory and products
research and perform reconciliations as needed
All other duties as assigned
