The Suites Supervisor role at Legends Global is a critical leadership position focused on overseeing the daily operations of premium suite services at one of the top entertainment venues. Based at the Cowboys Club at AT&T Stadium, the Suites Supervisor ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction by managing and training suite staff, maintaining food and beverage inventory control, and enforcing health, safety, and cash-handling procedures. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can foster a positive, team-oriented environment while ensuring operational efficiency and top-notch service quality. The Suites Supervisor directly engages with guests to guarantee a premium, memorable experience, serving as a key ambassador of Legends Global's commitment to excellence. Additionally, the role requires adherence to corporate and legal standards for responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and food quality. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of state and city health requirements for food handling and alcohol service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Physical ability to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and move items up and down stairs/ramps
- Willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of suite staff
- Supervise daily suite operations while engaging directly with guests to ensure a premium experience
- Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory
- Train and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with corporate and legal standards
- Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and food quality
- Ensure all cash-handling and inventory procedures are properly documented and enforced
- Collaborate with co-workers to uphold company service standards, inventory management, and cash control procedures
- Conduct audits of inventory and products
- research and perform reconciliations as needed
- All other duties as assigned
