The role of Suites Supervisor at Delaware North Sportservice at Allianz Field is a seasonal position designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess strong leadership and hospitality management skills. As a Suites Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all food service and hospitality activities within the suite areas. This includes overseeing suite runners, coordinating with kitchen staff and chefs to guarantee timely food preparation and delivery, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also assist in the hiring, training, and development of the suite team, helping maintain high standards of service excellence.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
- Previous knowledge of POS systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and wine
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Standing and walking for entire length of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Oversee and direct suite runners to complete necessary tasks throughout the match
- Assist suite runners with using the POS and completing transactions
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
- Oversee inventory and create orders based on par levels
- Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members
- Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
