One of their key locations is Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota, a state-of-the-art stadium that serves as the home for Major League Soccer's Minnesota United. Opened in 2019, Allianz Field boasts a 19,400-seat capacity along with luxury amenities including four clubs, 22 suites, multiple concession outlets, and a large brewpub that spans the width of the field. The role of Suites Supervisor at Delaware North Sportservice is a seasonal position based at Allianz Field, designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, high-volume environments. This position involves overseeing all aspects of food service and hospitality operations within the luxury suites during match days and events to provide an exemplary guest experience that matches the prestige of the venue. Suites Supervisors coordinate closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and suite runners to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages while maintaining consistent attention to detail involving menu knowledge, inventory control, and health and safety regulations. Supervisors also play an essential role in training and mentoring suite team members, helping to uphold Delaware North’s standards of service excellence. The position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 - $20.00 and is ideal for individuals looking for engaging, fast-paced work within a celebrated sports and entertainment environment. The role requires flexibility with working hours, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays to align with event schedules. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hospitality or high-volume dining experience
  • knowledge of POS systems preferred
  • strong knowledge of food and wine
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • able to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
  • oversee and direct suite runners to complete necessary tasks throughout the match
  • assist suite runners with using the POS and completing transactions
  • maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • oversee inventory and create orders based on par levels
  • assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members
  • inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
