Training and mentorship are provided to help new hires develop their skills and understand Delaware North’s commitment to excellence. While this is a tipped position with a base hourly pay of $15.00, additional earnings depend on service performance.

The Food Runner at Delaware North enjoys a flexible work schedule that includes days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and special event shifts, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment with varied hours. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess excellent guest service skills. Physical demands of the role include the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand or walk for the duration of shifts, and maneuver in tight spaces while balancing food and beverages. Delaware North prioritizes safety and accessibility at work and supports employees' professional growth with ongoing training programs and certification reimbursement opportunities. Benefits for eligible team members extend to health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave, along with employee discounts and assistance programs.

Joining Delaware North as a Food Runner offers more than just a job; it provides a fulfilling experience anchored in a rich legacy of hospitality service excellence. Employees become part of a vibrant team in an iconic sports and entertainment environment, receiving comprehensive support to advance their careers or simply earn supplemental income.
