Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is an esteemed hospitality company known for its dynamic presence in major sports venues and entertainment destinations across the United States and worldwide. At the heart of their operations is a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented workplace for their employees. Established over 100 years ago as a family-owned business, Delaware North has grown into a global leader in hospitality and food service management, operating at iconic locations such as national parks, casinos, stadiums, and premier dining venues. Their longstanding reputation is built upon core values of quality, integrity, and community engagement, making them a sought-after employer in the hospitality sector.

Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal part-time Food Runners to join their team at the renowned Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Lambeau Field, famously known as the home of the Green Bay Packers, offers a vibrant and energetic environment where hospitality professionals can thrive. This seasonal role provides a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting, participating in events that draw thousands of enthusiastic guests. Being part of the Delaware North team at Lambeau Field means contributing directly to memorable game day experiences and premium suite services.

The Food Runner position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, particularly within the luxury suites of the venue. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and excellent guest service skills. Food Runners will work closely with suite attendants and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The position also offers valuable mentorship and training opportunities, making it ideal for those who seek to develop their hospitality career while working in a renowned sports and entertainment environment.

As a tipped position, the hourly wage for this role starts at $15.00 per hour, exclusive of any additional gratuities earned during service. Delaware North values their employees by providing a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their well-being and career growth. Benefits include weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible scheduling options, and access to training and development programs. Eligible workers may also take advantage of health, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

Working as a Food Runner demands physical stamina and the ability to multitask efficiently in a lively and often fast-moving environment. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, stand or walk for the duration of their shift, and navigate through crowded or narrow spaces while balancing trays of food and beverages. The shift schedule typically includes days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and various special events, reflecting the dynamic nature of sports and entertainment venue operations.

Delaware North is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. They are committed to providing inclusive job opportunities and consider applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected classification. Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a supportive family that values growth, inclusivity, and a shared passion for hospitality. For those passionate about delivering exceptional service in an exciting environment, the Food Runner role at Lambeau Field offers a rewarding pathway to gain experience, enhance skills, and contribute to lasting memories for guests.
