Reporting directly to the Suites Manager and Expeditor, the Suites Runner serves as an essential link between the kitchen, pantry, warehouse, and the suite guests. This role demands a proactive and communicative professional who supports the Suites team in delivering food, beverages, and other necessary items promptly to the appropriate suite locations. Attention to detail, timely delivery, and impeccable guest service are the cornerstones of this position. Working alongside suites attendants and coordinators, the Suites Runner helps set up and break down suites, maintain clean and safe work areas, and assist in ensuring all guest requirements are met efficiently.

It involves interacting with multiple departments such as the Pantry Coordinator and Warehouse team to procure and deliver items as needed. Job Requirements

  • must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • availability for 1-2 days per event week to familiarize self with venue runner routes
  • all applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • assist Suites Expeditor and Attendants with all pre-event and add-on food delivery
  • deliver food and beverage items to the appropriate suites according to orders placed
  • communicate with Pantry Coordinator to ensure timely delivery service
  • communicate with Warehouse team to procure any necessary items
  • assist in set-up and breakdown of Suites
  • assist Pantry Coordinator in organizing and maintaining clean, neat, and safe work areas
  • other duties as assigned
