The Suites Manager role at Aramark is a critical leadership position responsible for managing the suites food and beverage operations for both game-day and non-game-day events. Reporting to senior leadership, this role entails overseeing all aspects of the suites’ operation including quality control, staffing, payroll, event preparation, kitchen operations, inventory management, and ordering. The Suites Manager ensures the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained by implementing and upholding a guest service and management philosophy that guides team members toward excellence.

This position requires the Suites Manager to spend the majority of their time (at least 60%) on the floor, actively supervising, coaching, and training the team, thereby fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. The Suites Manager is also responsible for developing premium menus considering delivery, presentation, and quality standards that meet the expectations of premium suite holders and individual game renters. Building and maintaining strong relationships with multi-year premium suite holders as well as individual game rentals is an essential part of the role, ensuring repeat business and exemplary customer experiences.

As part of daily operations, the Suites Manager conducts pre-shift meetings to communicate goals and updates to staff, guarantees equipment is operating correctly and maintained properly, and performs necessary related duties to support the overall suites operation. This position involves working an event-based schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the sports and entertainment industry. It’s a role that combines leadership, hospitality expertise, financial acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills to successfully manage premium services that enhance guest experiences and align with Aramark’s mission and values.
