Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a distinguished leader in hospitality management, renowned for delivering exceptional food and beverage services across some of the most iconic venues worldwide. As a family-owned company with over 100 years of rich history, Delaware North prides itself on creating memorable experiences for guests through innovative service, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to its team members' personal and professional growth. The company operates in diverse sectors including sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and retail, offering dynamic career opportunities for individuals passionate about hospitality. With a particular emphasis on quality, precision, and elevated guest experiences, Delaware North continues to set industry standards for premium food and beverage operations.

The Suites Manager role at Nu Stadium at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida, is a prestigious opportunity designed for a polished hospitality leader with a proven track record in premium food and beverage or suite management. Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium, scheduled to open in 2026, and will serve as the future home of Inter Miami CF. It is an entertainment destination that combines world-class sporting events with vibrant cultural and culinary experiences reflective of Miami’s dynamic community. Delaware North is entrusted with managing all stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services at this landmark venue, aiming to deliver innovative culinary offerings that elevate traditional stadium favorites.

As the Suites Manager, you will take on the critical responsibility of overseeing all luxury suite operations during event days, ensuring that every aspect of service—from timing to presentation—is executed flawlessly. You will work closely with culinary and beverage teams to anticipate and meet guest preferences, guaranteeing a consistently exceptional, detail-driven experience for suite holders and guests. Your leadership skills will be vital in hiring, training, and developing food and beverage team members, as well as coordinating and supervising suite operations to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. The manager will also be responsible for financial aspects such as inventory control, payroll oversight, and budgeting, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging between $55,300 and $74,600 annually, along with an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The compensation package underscores Delaware North’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding dedication and excellence.

Beyond the operational and financial responsibilities, this position requires strong leadership, the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. While no formal degree is required, a minimum of three years of hospitality management experience—preferably in a high-volume setting—is essential, along with proficiency in inventory, cost control, purchasing, and financial management.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global legacy of hospitality excellence where personal and career growth are encouraged. Employees enjoy comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plans with company matching; paid vacation and parental leave; tuition reimbursement; and generous discounts at affiliated hotels and resorts. Delaware North is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every individual is valued and empowered to succeed.
