The Suites Manager role at Aramark is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the suites food and beverage operation for both game day and non-game day events. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position demands a hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality control, staffing and payroll management, event preparation, kitchen operations, inventory, and ordering. The Suites Manager plays a key role in maintaining premium service standards by developing and implementing premium menus that highlight presentation, delivery, and quality standards. A significant portion of the job involves direct supervision, coaching, and training of team members to ensure a high standard of guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. Maintaining strong relationships with premium suite holders and individual game rentals is essential, as well as ensuring all operational equipment is well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the Suites Manager conducts daily pre-shift meetings to align staff on daily goals and objectives, fostering a cohesive and efficient team environment. This position typically requires flexibility to work an event-based schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in premium services or sales
  • At least 3 years as a supervisor or lead
  • Ability to support the development of team members

Job Duties

  • Overseeing the suites food and beverage operation including quality control staffing and payroll event preparation kitchen operations inventory and ordering
  • Training developing communicating with and motivating team members
  • Spending at least 60% of time on the floor incorporating supervising coaching and training
  • Implementing and maintaining a guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to team members
  • Developing premium menus including delivery presentation and standards
  • Maintaining relationships with multi-year premium suite holders as well as individual game rentals
  • Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to update staff on daily goals and objectives
  • Ensuring that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis
  • Performing other related duties tasks and responsibilities as required
