The Suites Manager role with Aramark is a dynamic and essential position focused on managing the suites food and beverage operations for both game day and non-game day events. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role requires a proactive and leadership-oriented professional who can oversee multiple facets of food and beverage services within premium suite environments. The Suites Manager’s responsibilities span quality control, staffing, payroll management, event preparation, kitchen operations, inventory oversight, and ordering. A central aspect of this role is training, developing, and motivating the team to uphold high standards of guest services.

In this position, the Suites Manager spends a significant portion of their time—at least 60%—on the floor supervising, coaching, and training team members to ensure smooth event execution and exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, the manager implements and maintains a guest service and management philosophy that aligns with Aramark’s commitment to outstanding service. They also develop premium menus paying close attention to delivery, presentation, and quality standards. Maintaining strong relationships with multi-year premium suite holders as well as individual game rentals is an important component of the role.

Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-shift meetings to communicate goals and updates, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned, and performing any other related duties required for seamless suite operations. This role demands flexibility to work an event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as is typical in sports and entertainment venues.
