Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal part-time Food Runners to join their team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Lambeau Field is the iconic home of the Green Bay Packers and a vibrant hub for thousands of visitors and sports enthusiasts throughout the year. Working as a Food Runner in such a dynamic environment means being part of a team that delivers timely, accurate, and friendly food service to guests, ensuring their game day or event experience is unforgettable.

The Food Runner role is essential in maintaining the flow between kitchen operations and guest services. Responsibilities include expediting food from culinary staff to customers quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and guest interaction. This seasonal position pays $15.00 per hour and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience or training as a runner or busser with a similar style of dining capacity and volume preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to perform opening mid and closing duties as outlined by management
  • Ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive motions continuously
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift balance and move large food trays weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
  • Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift including walking up and down stairs

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience or training as a runner or busser with a similar style of dining capacity and volume preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform opening mid and closing duties as outlined by management
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Attend pre-shift briefing taking note of relevant information such as service scheduling organization food beverage and guest notes
  • Coordinate with Chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
  • Complete any required table-side service which may include taking orders delivering and explaining menu to customers
  • Assist captains and back servers with the presentation of courses explaining any relevant menu items if it is missed
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items ingredients and preparations be able to identify menu items and ingredients by appearance
  • Maintain kitchen and suites cleanliness and organization at all times
