Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in hospitality or food service roles advantageous
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds
  • ability to maneuver in busy dining areas
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience or training as a runner or busser in a similar dining environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to perform all assigned duties throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Attend pre-shift briefing noting relevant service information
  • coordinate with chef and kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery
  • complete table-side service including order taking and menu explanations
  • assist captains and servers with course presentation and menu item explanation
  • maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and suites
  • perform opening, mid, and closing duties as directed
