As a family-owned business, Delaware North operates globally, providing exceptional food service and hospitality solutions in iconic venues such as sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and hotels. The company’s commitment to personal and professional development ensures that team members have access to unique career growth opportunities and a supportive work environment. Delaware North emphasizes quality, guest satisfaction, and team collaboration, making it a preferred employer in the hospitality industry. At Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, Delaware North is the proud concessions and retail partner since 1996, serving as the home venue for the NHL's Nashville Predators. The company manages multiple concession outlets and exclusive clubs, including an all-inclusive lounge that offers a premium food and beverage experience to guests, enhancing their event-day enjoyment.

The role of Suites Kitchen Expo Supervisor within Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena is a vital position focused on ensuring efficient food service operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role demands strong communication skills to coordinate orders during events, leadership capabilities to assist and guide team members, and a keen eye for detail to inspect that health and safety regulations are consistently met. You will also review front-of-house notes and manage sticker production alongside the culinary team during events to guarantee seamless operations.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting the responsibility and expertise required. Alongside a flexible work schedule that may include days, evenings, events, holidays, and weekends, Delaware North ensures a comprehensive benefits package aimed at supporting your well-being and career aspirations. Benefits such as weekly pay, training and development programs, employee discounts, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement are part of the total rewards for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being part of memorable guest experiences.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global team dedicated to excellence in hospitality, where your efforts contribute to creating unforgettable moments at a world-class venue. Whether you are an experienced professional or looking to develop your skills in food service management, this role allows you to engage with a dynamic team and gain valuable leadership experience in a high-energy setting. With no college degree required, candidates who possess problem-solving skills, knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to work flexible hours will find this a rewarding and enriching position. At Delaware North, your growth and success are supported every step of the way, making it a workplace where you truly can enjoy coming to work every day.
