- Standing and walking for entire length of shift

Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen push times ensuring all items are labeled and stored properly
- Assist team members in separating food to be in categorized carts and ready to be executed
- Review front-of-house notes and sticker production with the culinary team during events
- Communicate and delegate any orders during an event
- Inspect suites kitchen and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
