Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food service environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to maintain cleanliness
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
Job Duties
- Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house while ensuring food is cooked in the correct order and presented correctly to guests
- Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation
- Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and items are accurately delivered
- Take responsibility for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains
- Participate as a team player with responsibilities related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product
- Handle and clean kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury
- Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Lead the food runners and coordinate accurate delivery of orders
