The Raymond James Stadium is a flagship venue under Legends' stewardship, home to the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Legends serves as the official hospitality partner responsible for managing the stadium’s food and beverage programs across concessions, suites, and premium hospitality areas. This role is pivotal in enhancing the fan experience through top-tier service during NFL games, concerts, and special events, including managing the iconic Pirate Ship’s food and beverage activations.
The Beverage Supervisor position at Legends and ASM Global is vital for the smooth operation of beverage services within the suites during game and event days. This supervisory role encompasses managing inventory, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations. The Beverage Supervisor is tasked with maintaining fully stocked suites, pantry coolers, and dry storage, overseeing event day beverage delivery, and ensuring rigorous adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
This role requires a highly organized individual who excels in dynamic environments and can adapt rapidly to changing circumstances. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential as the supervisor will manage a team responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The position demands flexibility, including the availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, particularly during all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and other major stadium events. Candidates must demonstrate physical stamina, capable of standing, walking, and performing lifting tasks as needed.

Job Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and build positive productive relationships
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification and TEAM certification (technics of effective alcohol management)
- Must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and stadium wide ticketed events
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending and standing
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs as well as stand or walk for long periods
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and complete required safety training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in beverage or hospitality supervision preferred
- Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Leadership experience managing a team
- Ability to obtain food safety certification and TEAM certification
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Ensure suites, pantry coolers and dry storage areas are stocked for each event/game days while maintaining and adjusting pars as needed
- Oversee the staff and operation of assigned location/pantry
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines required by Federal, State and Local laws and company standards
- Ensure locations are clean and conduct beginning and ending inventories of assigned area/pantry prior to events
- Monitor inventory levels prior to and throughout events and make sure the bar does not run out of product
- Provide product from game day orders as received via ticketed system
- Maintain a transfer log to outline product moved to and from location and a waste log to record product waste
- Adhere to Legends uniform and grooming guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
