The Housekeeper role at Hilton is critical in ensuring that guests experience a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout their stay. Housekeepers contribute directly to guest satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens and supplies, as well as managing the housekeeping supply cart efficiently throughout the hotel. Wearing comfortable, purpose-designed Team Member apparel, housekeepers stay active and integral to the hotel’s operations. Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Friendly interactions with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
  • Cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming
  • Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, guest supplies and amenities
  • Wearing comfortable Team Member apparel designed for functionality
  • Stocking, organizing and transporting housekeeping supply cart throughout the hotel
  • Being a key part of the Hilton mission by providing exceptional hospitality
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in guest and public areas
