The role of a Food Runner at Levy Restaurants, specifically located at the University of Oklahoma, is a vital part of their commitment to outstanding guest service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensures all food and beverages is properly delivered and/or stored
  • Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it to guests in-seat
  • Knowledgeable on all menu offerings
  • Follows set up and break down processes efficiently
  • Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided
  • Performs post event paperwork and reports
  • Always exceeds guest expectations
  • Adheres to location appearance guidelines
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism
