Job Duties
- Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing including service scheduling and guest notes
- Coordinate with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of food
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
- Assist the kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items
- Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen
