Save Mart Center, one of the premier multipurpose arenas operated by ASM Global, is seeking part-time Suite Food Runners to join their Food and Beverage Department. The Suite Food Runner role, reporting directly to the Suites and Catering Manager, plays a crucial part in ensuring top-notch customer service within the suites and catering operations at Save Mart Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for promptly running food and drink orders from the kitchen to suite pantries, supporting suite servers, and assisting with various duties as assigned. Emphasizing a high level of guest satisfaction, this role demands strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Suite Food Runners are expected to maintain high standards of service in accordance with company policies, help resolve any on-the-job issues, and collaborate seamlessly with the catering and suites team. Moreover, this position requires physical stamina such as the ability to stand for long periods and carry up to 20 pounds regularly. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree
- 3-5 months running food orders experience and/or training
- strong understanding of food safety, sanitations and food handling procedures
- ability to take direction, multitask and complete each task given
- strong work ethic with urgency and quality in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Comply with standards of service and assist in assuring the same from all department staff
- provide the highest level of customer service adhering to company expectations
- perform all other duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager and Pantry Coordinator
- properly rotate all items in storage
