The role of Suite Food Runner at Save Mart Center is an essential part-time position within the Food and Beverage department that reports directly to the Suites and Catering Manager. This role involves a hands-on approach to supporting the overall suite service operation by promptly delivering food and drink orders from the kitchen to the various suite pantries. The Suite Food Runner plays a pivotal role in ensuring that guests receive their orders quickly and accurately, thereby contributing significantly to guest satisfaction and the venue's profitability. In addition to running orders, Suite Food Runners assist suite servers as needed and help solve any issues that might arise during events, which requires excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and a proactive attitude.

Suite Food Runners are expected to maintain a thorough understanding of suite and catering operations including standards of service, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. The job demands strong multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly and efficiently under the pressure of live event environments.
