Job Description
The hiring establishment is a premier venue known for delivering exceptional hospitality and luxury suite experiences during major events, including home football games and other full stadium occasions. Renowned for its high standards of customer service and attention to detail, this company is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for all guests, focusing keenly on quality, efficiency, and professionalism. The workplace environment is dynamic and fast-paced, especially on event days when it becomes densely populated and often quite loud. Operating within such a vibrant atmosphere, employees are expected to demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
The role of Suite Busser is integral in supporting the overall luxury suite experience. Working closely with the Suite Attendant, the Suite Busser ensures that all guests receive first-class customer service while efficiently managing suite setup, delivery, and cleanup tasks. This position requires the ability to handle high-volume catering or full-service dining operations, emphasizing attention to service details and adherence to departmental standards. Not only does the Suite Busser assist in delivering food, beverages, desserts, and stadium giveaways to guests, but they also play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the suite during and after events. This includes bussing tables and counters, breaking down equipment, and ensuring proper care and storage of supplies.
The Suite Busser operates in a team-oriented environment and must communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to coordinate guest needs and relay special requests to management seamlessly. Flexibility is a key element of this position since it requires availability during nights, weekends, holidays, and specifically all home games and full stadium events. Physically, the role demands the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and the capability to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in catering or full-service dining who are looking to contribute to an upscale hospitality setting. The company prides itself on equal employment opportunities and welcomes applications from diverse backgrounds without discrimination. While no supervisory responsibilities are associated with this position, the Suite Busser is expected to execute special projects and assignments as dictated by business needs.
