This job opportunity is for the position of Seasonal Part-Time Suite Attendant at Lambeau Field. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where hospitality and guest service are paramount. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring luxury suites are fully prepared and impeccably maintained for game days and events. Your duties will include stocking suites, serving food and beverage items, anticipating and responding to guests’ needs, and ensuring compliance with all laws and policies, especially regarding the serving of alcohol. You will act as the direct point of contact for suite guests, providing attentive and personalized service to create memorable experiences during their visit.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up of the suite
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
  • Ability to withstand variable temperatures and noise levels experienced when moving from hot, noisy kitchen conditions to a climate-controlled dining environment
  • Ability to work in confined or narrow spaces if needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
  • Previous experience as suite runner preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Ability to work in variable temperature and noise conditions
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings

Job Duties

  • Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
  • Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
  • Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
  • Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
  • Stock suites with required food, beverages, and supplies
  • Provide attentive service to guests to enhance their experience
  • Clean and reset suites after events
