Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- comply with food safety regulations
- follow responsible alcohol service policies
- must be able to work flexible hours including events
- demonstrate physical and mental alertness
- pass background screening if required

Job Duties
- Ensure all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored
- pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it to guests in-seat
- maintain the suite before, during, and after each event
- be knowledgeable on all menu offerings
- follow set up and break down processes efficiently
- thoroughly complete all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided
- perform post event product inventory and restock as needed
- understand all event paperwork and reports
- always exceed guest expectations
- adhere to location appearance guidelines
- act with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- maintain prep and service areas
- employ good safety and sanitation practices
- follow responsible alcohol service policies
- understand the importance of maintaining equipment
