The role of Suite Attendant at ASM Global within the Food & Beverage Department is a pivotal one, designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments and possess a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Suites Supervisor and Premium Manager, the Suite Attendant is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of luxury suites during events. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, from pre-event setup including arranging chafing dishes, plates, silverware, televisions, and lighting, to managing food and beverage orders efficiently throughout the event. The attendant acts as the primary point of contact for suite hosts, ensuring timely service and adherence to ASM’s Universal Service Standards. Responsibilities also include replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness during and after the event, and resetting suites for subsequent functions. This role demands excellent communication skills, guest service orientation, and the ability to work on feet for extended periods while interacting professionally with clients and team members. Adherence to dress codes and operational procedures is mandatory. This position is ideal for candidates with prior food service experience who demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude in a customer-facing environment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Able to pass a credit check
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Completion of pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training

Job Duties
- Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting, and overall ambiance in the suite
- Verify and set-up all pre-event orders
- Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself
- Take and place event day food and beverage orders
- Set-up and check on event day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event
- Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed
- Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event
- Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner
- Clear all items from the suite and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite
- Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions and check out with supervisor or manager
- Must adhere to the ASM dress code which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes
- Other duties may be assigned
