As a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position within the Food and Beverage department, the Suite Attendant / Catering role plays a pivotal part in enhancing guest experiences by delivering attentive and timely suite services during events.
The Suite Attendant / Catering team member is responsible for ensuring food and beverage delivery to suite holders is prompt and accurate, maintaining suite stock to par levels, and providing courteous service, including responsible alcoholic beverage service in adherence to all company policies. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Candidates should be comfortable with active guest engagement, presenting bills, and ensuring compliance with health codes. The role involves physical demands such as standing for long periods, moving throughout the venue, and working in varying indoor and outdoor event conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and noise. Previous experience in customer service, preferably with past suite attendant duties, will be beneficial.

Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must have two years of customer service experience
- Previous Suite Attendant experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must be results driven
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must complete Alcohol Compliance Training
Job Duties
- Ensure timeliness of food delivery and service to suite holders
- Assist in restocking of suites to par level
- Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Serves orders to guests when ready
- Observes and follows-up with guests to respond if they require additional service
- Present bills to guests for signature and payment
- Follows all health codes
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Performs other duties as assigned
