Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit upon hire
- Must attend all ASM Global Alcohol and Policy Training Classes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods
- Must pass credit and background checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years serving experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit upon hire
- Must attend all ASM Global Alcohol and Policy Training Classes
- Excellent communication skills
- Good with people
- Ability to handle high stress situations
- Ability to read and understand English
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Serve alcoholic beverages appropriately consistent with company standards
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
- Perform side work during non-busy hours
- Speak to guests with enthusiasm at all times
- Develop relationships with guests
- Provide the highest level of service in accordance with company standards
- Identify food orders when ready and deliver items to tables timely
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Report to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
- Perform duties as assigned
- Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information
- Constantly increase knowledge of food, beverages, and services
- Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience
- Responsible for sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
- Prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing according to standards
