As a part of a growing chain that values innovation and efficiency, this role is crucial in ensuring that operational and managerial tasks meet company standards while driving local business growth through marketing and exceptional service.

The role is specifically that of a Store Manager within this QSR environment. The Store Manager performs and directs the overall management and operation of the restaurant, handling critical aspects like inventory control, monetary systems, and staff management. The position entails a broad range of responsibilities including scheduling, supervising, evaluating, and training employees, ensuring all food safety regulations are met, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and security in the restaurant.

The Store Manager also spearheads local marketing initiatives and is actively involved in promoting sales through customer engagement. This employment type is full-time, requiring the candidate to work approximately 40 to 50 hours per week, with a readiness to be on-call 24 hours a day. The position demands physical stamina as it includes bending, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds occasionally. It also involves exposure to food and cleaning chemicals.

Besides operational duties, this role emphasizes exceptional customer service as a major component, ensuring that patrons receive high-quality service that aligns with the company’s reputation. The Store Manager will work closely with their team of 4 to 12 staff members, overseeing work assignments, evaluating performance, recommending personnel actions, and fostering a motivated work environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a quick service restaurant setting, with proven skills in staff supervision and training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a college degree is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to communicate policies and procedures effectively to team members and to support marketing efforts.
