Aramark is currently hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join its passionate Food Services Team. The role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are ready to step up their careers and take on leadership responsibilities in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead daily food service operations, support team members, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will contribute to the smooth and efficient execution of food production and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies. The schedule is approximate and includes shifts from 1 pm to 10 pm and 6 pm to 12:30 am, with weekend shifts on a rotating basis and open availability required.

This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and leadership qualities to supervise, mentor, and evaluate employees. You will be responsible for producing work schedules, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring inventory accuracy, and handling food production logistics. The position also requires maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free working environment, supporting employee growth, and sometimes filling in for absent employees. Occasional night and weekend catered events are part of the role, as is participation in service meetings and communicating effectively with staff members via various channels.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service or supervisory experience preferred
  • open availability including weekends
  • ability to work designated shifts from 1 pm to 10 pm and 6 pm to 12:30 am
  • capable of multitasking
  • commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
  • complete a sanitation course within first year
  • knowledgeable in cost-effective program operations

  • ability to obtain food safety certification within six months of hire if not currently valid
