Job Duties
- oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections reports and productivity checks
- lead and inspire room attendants and house attendants with clear communication and hands-on training
- manage lost-and-found items maintain key control and supervise access to sensitive areas
- ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- motivate and maintain a positive team environment
- coordinate with management to support housekeeping goals
- step in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed
