Additionally, the role involves cooperation with other bus persons and accommodating various service requirements as needed.
Physical abilities are crucial for this role, as it requires bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items exceeding 50 pounds, as well as the capacity to stand and walk for extended periods. The successful candidate can handle pressure well, interact positively with guests and team members, and perform tasks efficiently while maintaining a gracious demeanor. Fluency in another language is considered an advantage though not mandatory.

Job Duties
- clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard
- adhere to LPM grooming/service standards and policies
- ensure all dirty china, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly
- replenish all service items
- silverware, glassware, china, linen, general supplies, food as needed
- ensure proper storage of all service items
- ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during the service
- stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period
- set up breadbasket for next service period
- assist servers in serving guests
- assist servers in pre bussing tables
- serve and replenish water upon guest request
- assist other bus persons when needed
