Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years' experience as a Commis Tournant in a high-volume kitchen or combined skills and education providing required skills
- Fluent in English with efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Experience preparing breakfast and brunch
- Ability to execute recipes involving all phases
- Ability to prepare dishes consistently according to chef's specifications
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent knife skills
- Knowledge of sauces and cooking techniques
- Ability to stand for long periods and withstand high temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs
- Certification from the New York State Department of Health
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
- Participate in training and development activities
