The pay range for this role is between $30.00 and $43.85 per hour, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to competitive compensation. This position demands skillful execution of food preparation duties according to the highest standards of the brand, ensuring quality, safety, and presentation meet the expectations of luxury hospitality. The role requires operation of kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, microwaves, and deep fryers to prepare various dishes, including cold plates and special meals. Responsibilities extend to inspecting food quality, portion control, ingredient preparation, and maintaining sanitary kitchen conditions. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities such as ensuring proper storage of ingredients, measuring and mixing components precisely, and serving food in appropriate portions and containers.
