Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- no prior related work experience required
- no supervisory experience necessary
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance
- ability to navigate uneven or slippery surfaces, stairs, and ramps
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- greet and escort guests to rooms
- open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
- identify and explain room features to guests
- transport and assist with guest luggage
- assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
- supply guests with directions and arrange transportation
- communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
- follow company policies and report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions
- maintain awareness of undesirable persons on premises
- ensure clean, professional appearance and maintain confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- speak with clear, professional language and answer telephones with proper etiquette
- develop positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- read and verify information
- move at required speed
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance
- navigate sloping, uneven, slippery surfaces, stairs, and ramps
- reach overhead and below knees and perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
