Job Requirements

  • one year of experience in customer service or similar role
  • high school diploma preferred
  • basic writing skills
  • professional communication skills
  • knowledgeable of the community and area in which the hotel is located to assist guests with information on special events such as sporting, theater, movies, entertainment, and restaurants
  • flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
