Combining classic sophistication with a modern sensibility, St. Regis continues to redefine luxury hospitality through its iconic Butler service program, which is an emblem of the brand's heritage and dedication to unparalleled hospitality. St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is part of the Marriott International portfolio, a global leader in the hospitality industry dedicated to cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment where associates thrive and are empowered to be their best selves.

This position entails providing seamless support throughout the guest’s stay, from pre-arrival and check-in to departure, collaborating closely with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requirements are met flawlessly. The Butler is instrumental in building rapport with guests, anticipating their needs proactively, and executing tasks that elevate the overall guest experience. This role requires impeccable interpersonal skills, a passion for service, and the ability to maintain uncompromising standards.

Physical demands include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing hands-on tasks involving lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The Butler position is non-management and full-time, with an hourly pay range of $33.03 to $44.06. Candidates should have at least six months of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. This role is suitable for individuals passionate about luxury hospitality and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service that embodies the St. Regis legacy.
