Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
- ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
- refined verbal communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- a genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others
- prior hospitality experience preferred

- familiarity with local area and hotel services is a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- assist with transporting luggage and personal items to and from guest rooms
- maintain constant communication with Front Office and Valet teams
- ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and knowledgeable about room features
- provide hotel and local area recommendations during interactions
- manage transportation of luggage efficiently and safely
- engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
