Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • a genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • prior hospitality experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • physical stamina to lift moderate weights
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with local area and hotel services is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • assist with transporting luggage and personal items to and from guest rooms
  • maintain constant communication with Front Office and Valet teams
  • ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and knowledgeable about room features
  • provide hotel and local area recommendations during interactions
  • manage transportation of luggage efficiently and safely
  • engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
