Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in food service preferred
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with technology systems including POS and scheduling platforms
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for prolonged periods
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College coursework is a plus
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in food service preferred
  • Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with technology systems such as POS and scheduling platforms
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods
  • Demonstrated maturity, leadership presence, and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards in food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Lead, train, and schedule hourly team members and Shift Leaders
  • Assign daily responsibilities and maintain productive workflow throughout the shift
  • Balance cash registers and complete banking deposits during opening and closing shifts
  • Order and manage inventory to ensure adequate product levels
  • Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training high-performing team members
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training to promote team growth and retention
  • Evaluate team performance and provide guidance, corrective actions, or recognition
  • Manage disciplinary measures or terminations professionally when necessary
  • Oversee and control labor costs, overtime, and team schedules for optimal shift coverage
  • Establish a tone of professionalism, integrity, and hospitality on every shift
  • Act as a role model for team behavior and customer interaction
  • Communicate clearly with General Manager and team to align on objectives
  • Conduct quick shift meetings or team meetings as needed to maintain engagement
  • Resolve team or customer concerns with urgency, empathy, and accountability
