Job Description
Tradewind Aviation is a distinguished Part 135 commuter and on-demand private charter operator, renowned across the aviation industry for its commitment to delivering exceptional personal air travel experiences. Currently, Tradewind Aviation is seeking a seasonal part-time concierge to be based in Palm Beach, FL. This role is integral to enhancing the passenger experience by facilitating smooth arrivals, boarding procedures, and ongoing communication among passengers, aircrew, and the operational team. The concierge position demands a highly organized individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished and approachable demeanor.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, adaptability, and flexibility, including availability on weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include greeting passengers promptly upon arrival, managing the check-in process through specialized software, and coordinating baggage collection, weighing, and organization to ensure efficient loading and safety compliance. The concierge also plays a key role in passenger comfort, informing clients of any flight changes and assisting with boarding and pilot introductions.
Beyond direct passenger interaction, the concierge is responsible for managing the lounge environment, which includes opening and closing procedures, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing catering rooms and crew meal preparations. Additional duties involve managing vacuum cleaner equipment and providing valet service for customer vehicles.

Job Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing

Job Duties
- Greets passengers upon their arrival at the terminal and utilizes software for check in process
- Collects, organizes, and weighs baggage for pilots
- Ensures passenger comfort and keeps passengers informed of any flight delays
- Assists with pilot introduction, boarding calls, and baggage handling
- Responsible for opening and closing the lounge
- Stocking lounge and keeping track of inventory
- Light cleaning of lounge
- Organizing catering room and preparing baskets for outgoing flights
- Organizing crew catering
- Keep vacuum cleaners charged, contents emptied and available
- Collect and valet customer vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
