With a commitment to creating vibrant, welcoming spaces where community and connections thrive, Yoga Joint has established itself as a premier destination for yoga enthusiasts across the region, particularly in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale area. Their innovative mix of yoga styles, including Flow and FIIT, offers a transformative experience designed to help students achieve a profound shift in both mind and body. As Yoga Joint continues its expansion across Florida, the company remains deeply rooted in its mission to empower people to live healthier lives through movement, connection, and personal growth.
The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive, diverse, and supportive culture, ensuring that all employees and members feel valued and respected. This commitment is reflected not only in their equal employment opportunity policies but also in their five core vibes: Live the Brand, Lead the Energy, Flow with Change, Member Experience First, and Grow Every Day. These principles guide every aspect of Yoga Joint's operations, setting the tone for a purposeful and energetic workplace.
About the Role
Yoga Joint is currently seeking a passionate, people-first Studio Manager for its Downtown Fort Lauderdale location. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a confident and business-savvy individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possesses an ownership mindset. As Studio Manager, you will be the steady center of the studio, balancing operational excellence, business growth, and team leadership with warmth and authenticity. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a high-performing team, inspire membership growth, and create an exceptional member experience where every individual feels seen, supported, and valued.
This position requires a proven track record in leadership, particularly in the retail, fitness, or wellness industries, with a strong emphasis on membership sales, retention, and revenue management. You will oversee daily studio operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, manage profit and loss performance, and implement strategies to exceed financial goals. The role also includes leading team development, fostering a positive culture, and modeling professionalism and accountability.
Yoga Joint offers competitive compensation, including a base salary and lucrative monthly bonus opportunities, as well as flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary membership for yourself and a guest, retail discounts on branded merchandise, and ongoing leadership development and training. This position includes an initial onboarding period with training at other Yoga Joint studios for 2-3 weeks to ensure a thorough understanding of company operations and culture.
By joining Yoga Joint, you become part of a purpose-driven team that values belonging, personal growth, and making a meaningful impact in South Florida's wellness space. If you are ready to lead with confidence, grow a thriving studio community, and contribute to a transformative yoga experience, this opportunity awaits your leadership and passion.
