Established to serve the East County region, ECPAC has become a trusted destination for individuals and families seeking high-quality dance and performing arts instruction. The center prides itself on not just teaching great dancing but also on building a supportive community where students can thrive emotionally and socially. ECPAC is expanding into Pleasanton, creating exciting new opportunities to bring their unique approach to an even broader audience and enrich the local arts scene. Joining the ECPAC team means becoming part of a welcoming, high-energy environment that values every member's contribution in building a positive culture centered around the arts.
The Studio Host role at ECPAC is a key position responsible for creating a warm and professional atmosphere that makes every student and family feel valued from their first visit. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with families and children, thrives in a structured and organized setting, and is passionate about contributing to a community that celebrates artistic expression. As the first point of contact, the Studio Host is responsible for greeting visitors with friendliness and professionalism, managing communications such as answering phones and emails, supporting enrollment and retention efforts, and assisting the team with class transitions and studio maintenance. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative tasks and helping keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
ECPAC offers a part-time position with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, ideal for individuals seeking consistent hours within a positively charged workplace. The compensation for this role is competitive at $18.00 per hour and includes valuable tuition benefits, encouraging personal growth and participation in the arts. Additional benefits include eligibility for a 401(k) plan and paid sick time, enhancing the overall reward and security package for employees. By joining ECPAC, the Studio Host gains not only a job but the opportunity to become an integral part of a flourishing performing arts community, helping to shape an exceptional experience for families and students alike. ECPAC's commitment to excellence and community makes this an enriching career choice for individuals who value both professional development and meaningful social interaction within the arts sector.
