Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or administration preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • professional and dependable attitude
  • familiarity with basic computer applications
  • availability Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or youth programs preferred but not required
  • warm, confident communicator who enjoys working with children and families
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
  • able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • professional and dependable
  • strong customer service mindset
  • comfortable using email, scheduling software, and basic office systems

Job Duties

  • Greet students and families warmly as they enter the studio
  • create a welcoming, professional environment at all times
  • answer and forward emails in a timely and professional manner
  • answer phones and assist with parent inquiries
  • direct questions to appropriate team members
  • track and follow up on trial classes
  • assist with new student enrollment
  • support student retention efforts by ensuring families feel informed and cared for
  • provide support to teachers during class transitions
  • help communicate schedule updates or announcements
  • assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
  • keep the lobby, front desk, and shared areas clean and organized
  • support a polished and professional studio environment
