Job Description
CorePower Yoga is the nation’s largest yoga studio brand with over 200 locations across the United States, offering digital livestream and on-demand classes to thousands of dedicated yoga practitioners. The company is deeply rooted in a mission to empower individuals through the transformative power of yoga, blending an intensely physical workout with mindfulness to deliver life-changing experiences. At CorePower Yoga, the team is considered the heartbeat of the company, and there is a strong emphasis on prioritizing people first. The company invests heavily in the employee experience, fostering an environment centered on human connection, community, and making a positive difference in lives. CorePower Yoga embraces diversity and inclusivity, offering a space where everyone can reach their full potential while uplifting and inspiring one another. The culture is built around core values including empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together. These values align the team in service of the company’s higher purpose: to power love from the inside out.
The Studio Experience Team (SET) Member role at CorePower Yoga plays a vital part in maintaining the welcoming and clean environment that supports each studio’s vibrant community of yoga students. This part-time position requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual committed to up to six hours of studio shifts per month focused on cleanliness and studio readiness. As an integral member of the SET team, you will be responsible for disinfecting and maintaining all studio areas such as floors, walls, mirrors, windows, reception spaces, changing rooms, and bathrooms. You will also organize and clean all yoga props like mats, blocks, and straps, alongside restocking essential supplies and handling laundry duties. Your role will help ensure the studio remains a serene, hygienic space that enhances everyone’s yoga experience.
Besides contributing to the studio atmosphere, joining the SET also offers membership benefits, including discounted Studio Experience Team All Access Memberships with privileges such as retail discounts, buddy pass access, and discounts on professional training programs like CPY’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification and other specialized certifications. The hourly pay for SET members is $17.75, and additional perks include holiday pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for major holidays, access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and opportunities for continued education. The company values effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting the broader CorePower community.
Taking on this position means becoming part of a company that not only prioritizes physical health but also mental well-being, creativity, and collective growth. CorePower Yoga’s SET members embody the company’s core values daily, providing a foundation for students and employees alike to thrive in an environment built on mutual respect, shared purpose, and joyful collaboration. This role offers a unique chance to deepen your connection with the yoga community, strengthen your personal yoga practice through discounted access, and actively participate in a culture that is compassionate, inclusive, and forward-focused. CorePower Yoga is an equal opportunity employer committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities during the application process, reflecting their dedication to inclusion and support.
