As a Studio Experience Representative at CADY, you hold a critical role in delivering an exceptional studio experience. This position primarily involves hosting and assisting clients throughout their memorable journey in one of CADY’s beautifully designed studios. Your role supports the creation of positive and engaging experiences for students and parents alike. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, organized, energetic, and passionate about providing excellent service. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the studio, greeting clients as they arrive, checking them into their photography sessions, and verifying their details to ensure all aspects are accurate. Following the session, you check clients out and review the image quality to guarantee the best possible outcomes. Maintaining the studio’s clean and orderly environment is an important part of the job, as is keeping supplies stocked and ready for smooth operations. You assist clients in preparing for their sessions, making sure their experience is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
