The Lead Student Worker position at Aramark is a vital supervisory role within the food service operation. This role is designed for a student currently enrolled at the Aramark location who is eager to take on leadership responsibilities in a practical workplace environment. The Lead Student Worker is tasked with overseeing daily food production and service activities while ensuring that all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards are rigorously upheld. The position involves managing work schedules, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role also includes training and mentoring other food service staff to promote teamwork, morale, and operational efficiency.

In addition to daily operational duties, the Lead Student Worker acts as a liaison between the food service director or manager and the staff to maintain effective communication and coordination. The individual is expected to be proficient in multitasking and capable of adapting to changes, such as filling in for absent employees or assisting during catering events that may occur during nights or weekends.
