Job Requirements
- Must be a student
- Ability to obtain Food Handler Certificate prior to start if not already certified
- Ability to obtain Alcohol Server Certification prior to start if not already certified
- Willingness and ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
- Valid Alcohol Server Certification required
- Demonstrates guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly stores food in accordance with standards
- Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating customers' needs
- Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
- Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Washes, sanitizes, and stores dishes, utensils, cookware, and food preparation equipment
- Restocks food, beverages, condiments, and supplies throughout each shift
- Receives, inspects, and properly stores food deliveries using safe food handling practices
- Monitors food temperatures and rotates inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures
- Operates kitchen equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems safely and efficiently
