Job Requirements

Must be a current UVU student
Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent
Three months of experience related to the summary of duties
Valid Food Handler's permit
Must be able to work 4 consecutive hours

Knowledge of effective customer service techniques
Skills in making Starbucks beverages
Ability to repeatedly lift merchandise
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to communicate effectively with the public
Ability to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions

Job Duties

Serve as a representative of both UVU Bookstore and Starbucks Corporation providing the best beverage experience possible
Ensure beverages are made to Starbucks standards and recipes and according to customer requests
Process cash credit card and phone payments and give accurate change as necessary
Adhere to strict product date tagging rotating and cleaning of the work area
Appropriately display and sell bottled beverages sandwiches and snacks and restock and clean the work area
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
