Job Duties
- Delivers, installs, troubleshoots, and operates audio visual systems, streaming platforms, and computers used in classes, meetings, conferences, and other special events
- Ensures correct operation of audio-visual equipment, assists users with operational issues, and provide excellent customer service
- Learns to use basic software tools to enhance audio and video sources
- Assists in processing customer requests
- Assists in tracking tickets in work order system
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
