Operational management of the venue involves supervising staff, coordinating event setups, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with health codes and safety standards, including alcohol service regulations.

Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various university departments, including University Advancement, to support alumni engagement and other key initiatives. The coordinator serves as a liaison on the University Logistics Team to facilitate smooth communication related to entertainment and event planning across campus. They also provide support and advising for student organizations hosting campus events with a special emphasis on late-night programming from Thursday to Saturday.

The position demands strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment that values professional conduct and service excellence.
