Job Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
must be a current or recently graduated Newman University student
must be flexible and reliable
must have a basic understanding of cleaning techniques
must be able to perform assigned duties in a reasonable amount of time and with an acceptable degree of quality
must be able to follow instructions
ability to show initiative is a plus
must be able to operate basic household cleaning equipment
must demonstrate ability to paint standard size walls
walking, bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, lifting, kneeling is required
must be able to stand for 2-to-3-hour intervals
must be able to lift 30 to 35 pounds three or four times per hour
